This is the part that actually earns money, and it is the part most odds pages skip. Three structural features separate the Italian book from the English one.
- Fewer goals. Serie A has run below the Premier League’s goals-per-game average for years. Every derived market — over/under, both teams to score, correct score — inherits that, and the under is the strongest default in the league outside Atalanta fixtures.
- More draws. Tactical, low-block football produces stalemates. The draw leg is chronically underpriced by money that only compares the two teams’ quality, because a draw is not a quality outcome — it is a game-state outcome.
- A flatter top-scorer race. No Haaland. The Capocannoniere winner often finishes on a total in the low twenties, which keeps four or five names in a tight band and makes the market far more tradeable than England’s runaway favourite structure.
